"Did that hurt?" That is probably the number one question asked of people who have tattoos. Think about it – the process of getting a tattoo includes poking tiny holes into your skin so that permanent ink can then be injected. Don't most people think it hurts a little when needles are poked into their skin? The devil tattoo does not make getting a tattoo any better.
